【项目简介】 | 以水为本以绿为先，景观规划将“豪宅的朝向只有一个，那就是风景”的理念，充分融入到整体设计中，利用平湖公园大面积水景的天赋之优，融合社区内大面积的造景，将水景设计的重点落在凸显建筑的朝向、风向、景观等方面，在小区内最大程度地实现了户户有景的“风景住宅”。 Project introduction: Base on water and give green the priority. The landscape planning integrated the philosophy of ‘great housing faces one direction only: the view” into the overall design. By taking advantage of the large waterscape in PinghuPark, combining extensive landscaping work in the community, we put the emphasis of waterscape design on the building’s window directions, direction of winds and views, and built housing with view for every unit in the community.
